GLENS FALLS – A program celebrating the 1916 presidential campaign of Glens Falls native Charles Evans Hughes is scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday at The Hyde Collection, 161 Warren St. in Glens Falls. Exactly 100 years ago, Hughes — a former New York governor and U.S. Supreme Court justice — ran against, and was narrowly defeated by, incumbent President Woodrow Wilson.
