Hidden Voices: Stories from the Margins, a Reading & Discussion program at Southworth Library

This monthly adult reading and discussion program involves readings focused on each of these marginalized groups- African American, Native American, Women & Immigrants- using historic resources from the local historical societies and another larger text for take home reading.

April 26 at 6:30 pm: The Story of Dorothy Cotton with Dr. Sean Eversley Bradwell
May 24 at 6:30 pm: A Nation of Nations with David Flaten
June 28 at 6:30 pm: an Indigenous People’s History of the United States with Sarah LaVoy-Brunette
