Donald Garner, PhD is the CEO of Clark& Garner, a comprehensive educational consulting & solutions firm that specializes in curriculum and program design, research, and leadership and staffing development. C&G has plays an integral role in advancing the educational success of young men of color by developing programs and offering strategy in the areas of mentoring, community support, and college access and retention.
