A public tour program of the Starrett Lehigh Building, a New York City landmark and a significant example of early modernism. The goals of the program are to educate the public on how the development of the building and the surrounding Chelsea neighborhood relates to the current day, and to provide increased access for underserved populations to an important piece of New York City history.
